Power Soul

A traditional vinyasa-inspired practice of power without haste—fierce strength built from the ground up. Every movement is intentional, every transition controlled, and each sequence designed to steady the mind while challenging the body. The class weaves powerful holds, mindful pacing, and precise engagement to ground you in breath, presence, and stability. A strong foundation carries you toward a peak pose, connecting to your inner fire while staying rooted.

You’ll leave grounded, energized, and aligned with your untamed soul.

Yin + Restorative yoga, incorporating props to support you in passively held postures. This practice lengthens connective tissue and fascia throughout the body to enhance range of motion in joints and regulates the nervous system to support emotional and physical recovery. (in person)

Sun Moon Flow

A balanced and blended practice, combining the distinctive energies of Yang and Yin. This class starts with an energizing flow, followed by a series of slow, deep, extended holds of relaxing postures. (in person)

 

Sonic Deep Yin

A gentle, meditative, Yin-inspired practice combining slow, floor-based shapes, passive and lightly active postures, and longer, sustained holds to support fascial and connective tissue release. This practice gives the deeper tissue layers time to elongate and rehydrate, easing held tension and restoring natural mobility. Accompanied by live crystal bowls and soothing instruments, this class calms the nervous system, down-regulates stress, and invites deep rest, spaciousness, and inner quiet. Strength 360°

A complete full-body strength training experience. Using dumbbells and resistance bands, this class challenges every major muscle group with focused, effective movements designed to build balanced strength, endurance, and functional power. We finish with a calming cool-down to restore and recenter before you go. The heat stays gentle, never rising above 90 degrees. Energy: strong progressive pace. Experience: all levels welcome

Yoga Foundations

Through exploration of yoga fundamentals, this class exposes you to basic yoga asana practice and explores options for proper alignment for your individual body. We will practice gracefully coordinating the breath and movements, developing a connection to the physical and energetic body while cultivating strength, balance, and relaxation. (in person)
